Takamatsu Tourism Convention Bureau Hybrid Conference Support Subsidy
Upper limit: 30
Expenses related to online delivery when holding a hybrid format meeting that allows both on-site and online participation.
Amount equivalent to 2/3 of the target expenses
<Supplementary requirements>
- Event period is 2 days or more
- International conferences and national conferences, etc.
- Participants from outside the prefecture have a total of 50 nights or more (stayed in Takamatsu City or nearby towns)
<Eligible expenses>
- Lease costs for video and communication equipment necessary to conduct hybrid conferences
- Installation work, removal and transportation costs for the above equipment, line construction costs, operator personnel costs, etc.
